Cancellation policy 

At Journey Chiropractic, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. However, we kindly ask that you provide us with enough notice for us to adjust our schedule and allow someone else to be seen.

Please review our cancellation policy outlined below:​​​

Our Policy 

Within 12-24 hours 

Cancellation Notice:

 

  • Visits cancelled around  12-24 hours notice will not incur any charges.
  • Visits cancelled within this period but no later than 6 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a flat charge of $25.

Late Cancellations (6 hours or less)

  • Late cancellations/no shows for Initial or Report of Findings appointments will result in: The full amount of the appointment will be charged.

​

  • For regular adjustment visits: A fee of $35 will be charged.

How to Reschedule:

To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please text 0212727464 or reply to your email reminder and cancel your appointment there. 

 

Exceptions:

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation and it will be left to the discretion of your Chiropractor.

 

 

Payment:

​​

You will be contacted via text and/or email regarding your cancellation fee. If this is not paid then it will be collected by an external agency. 

 

 

 

Rebooking:

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. For more immediate replies please send a text.  

 

No-Show Policy:

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notification will be considered a "no-show" and subject to the same charges as late cancellations.

Note: If payment is not made by 30 days then we will escalate the matter further, incurring a $50 admin fee.
